AccuVent™ Soffit Insulation Baffle is a 41" x 22" non-porous, 100% recylced PVC that allows 25.3 square inches of air flow into the attic— over twice that of foam. Its unique design allows insulation to cover the entire outer wall of the structure while keeping insulation from getting into the soffit.

At VERSATEX, we continually look for new ways to help our builders reduce labor and improve aesthetics during installation. This led to the design and development of the first ever Vented PVC Soffit System.

While we do still manufacture solid soffit, VERSATEX offers the only vented system in the industry. This Vented Soffit has a 8/4 repeating vent pattern that provides 10 square inches of free air space per lineal foot. Plus, vents are cut in a manner to prevent nesting insect infiltration, making screening an option and not a requirement. Add the notched fascia and frieze board and you have an easy-to-install and efficient system.
